When you trying to lose weight, it can be a hassle. Especially when you're not sure what to do. "what's the best way to lose weight", it must be your question. So, here I want to share with you some great weight loss tips. That way, you will be able to get yourself back in shape.

The lose weigt tips from me:

1.Eating healthy. With eating healthy foods its can make your body healthy, fit, and ofcourse can lose your weight. Not only that, it also will help keep your metabolism up, that can help you burn fat. Some healthy foods that can help you to lose weight includes fruits, veggies, lean meats and fish, nuts, and whole wheat breads and pastas.

2.Drink plenty of water and green tea. Drink 8 glasses of water and 1 glass of green tea a day, Its will help you keep your metabolism up and offcourse lose your fat. Drinking green tea and water also will help you get rid of toxins that are in your body.

3.Exercise . There are some exercises you can do likes walking, running, jogging, riding your bike, and weight training. That Exercising will help you burn fat and lose weight. You can do it at lest 3 times a week.
